Memory Laine Photography - by Katie Laine

Thanks for taking a look at my photography! I am turning my passion and dream of photography into a reality. It is my desire to bring a fresh new look to photography through my pictures... I love capturing memories that will help tell stories later on in life when one is reminiscing down "memory laine." Sea World with Sam

I got to play with my 5 year old cousin, Samantha, at Sea World during spring break a few weeks ago. My uncle brought her down from Michigan and while he was in a conference all day we got to go play! :) It was so much fun... we fed the dolphins, sea lions, and sting rays, rode Journey to Atlantis, Wild Artic, and all the kid rides in Shamu Happy Harbor, ate a Shamu icecream bar, and looked at all the different animals and fish! So fun getting to experience it with a little one again! Five is definitely the best age to take a child to a theme park like Sea World!

Saint Patrick's Day Parade

My baby sister, Emily, is an Irish dancer. Her dance school participates in the Park Avenue St. Patrick's Day Parade every year, so I went and took pictures for it this year. It was such a beautiful day! So much fun seeing all the different floats and even St. Patrick himself! Made me miss when I lived in Ireland for that short summer. :( Definitely want to go back and experience a St. Paddy's day there, but for now... this parade will suffice.

Disciple Now Weekend 2009

I got to go hang out with a ton of youth at the Student Life Tour 2009 Disciple Now in Orlando last month. There we tons of kids there that were having a blast and praising Jesus. I decided to sit up in the balcony on the second day to get some pictures of the kids worshiping. I really need a new lens but some of them turned out. The conference was amazing!!! Francis Chan did a phenomenal job speaking and Kristian Stanfill definitely got everyone pumped up during the praise and worship.
